In loving memory of our grandfather (Vignir Þorbjörnsson) who would have turned 75 on 25th of June this year we have decided to host an aviation festival at Hornafjörður airport. Like many people know our grandpa spent most of his life working in the airport and he loved nothing more than meeting people and talking about airplanes so we thought this would be the perfect way to honor his legacy.
The same weekend there is a festival going on in the town of Höfn so everybody should be able to find something fun to do.
