Laugarvatn Hostel has been operated for 23 years. We recently renovated and improved our facilities and now have 25 rooms with a private bathroom and 5 rooms with a shared bathroom. We can accommodate upto 80 guests in single to 5 bed rooms. We also offer accommodation in a dormitory, max. 5 persons in a room. The house is on 3 floors and is equipped with an elevator.
There are 3 kitchens available for our guests, a charcoal grill, laundry room, a dining hall with a bar and a pool table.
A grocery store, restaurants, a swimming pool, sports hall and Fontana spa are all within walking distance.
We offer breakfast for a fee, but our guests are welcome to prepare their own in our guest kitchen.
There are beautiful walking routes in the area.
We pride ourselves in fair prices for our guests, towels and linen are included.
