Guðbjörg R. Jóhannesdóttir and Auður Hildur Hákonardóttir meet in Svavarssafn to discuss the exhibition Hús Kveðja and it´s context. The event is in collaboration with the regional museum of Austur-Skaftafellssýsla which kindly borrows exhibition items.
Guðbjörg is a lector at the Icelandic Academy of the arts, and a dr. in environmental philosophy. She has written extensively on sensuous knowledge and environmental aesthetics.
Auður Hildur Hákonardóttir is an artist and author. She collaborated with SUM, was the head of the regional- and artmuseum in Árnessýsla, and has translated, published, and participated in several exhibitions.
